Individual License Agreement

This Individual License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between DevBase (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”) and the individual purchaser (“Licensee”, “you”). This Agreement governs the limited usage of the software products and source code provided by DevBase.

1. Purpose of the Individual License

The Individual License is intended for solo developers, students, and freelancers who wish to use the product for one single application or project only. This license is suitable for learning, personal projects, portfolios, and one-time client deliveries.

2. Scope of License Grant

Upon purchase, DevBase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the product for a single project only, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Permitted Usage

  • Use the product for one Android application or backend system
  • Modify the source code to suit project requirements
  • Deploy the application to production once
  • Use the project for learning or portfolio purposes
  • Deliver a compiled app to a single client (if applicable)

4. Single Project Definition

A “single project” refers to one unique application, brand, package name, or client delivery. Reusing the product for multiple apps, rebranded versions, or future projects is strictly prohibited under this license.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the original product remain the exclusive property of DevBase. This license does not grant ownership or authorship rights to the Licensee.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the product for more than one project
  • Reselling or redistributing the source code
  • Sharing the product with other developers or teams
  • Publishing the source code to GitHub or other repositories
  • Claiming the product as your own original work

7. Client Deliverables

If the product is used for a client project, you may deliver the compiled application or hosted service only. You may not provide the raw source code to the client under this license.

8. Support & Updates

Support and updates, if any, are provided at the discretion of DevBase. Individual License holders are not entitled to priority support or lifetime updates.

9. Compliance & License Verification

DevBase reserves the right to verify license compliance. Any evidence of misuse may result in immediate termination of this license.

10. Termination

Violation of any clause in this Agreement will result in immediate termination of the license without refund. Continued use after termination is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

The product is provided “as is” without warranties. DevBase shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the product.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.

Important:
If you plan to reuse the product for multiple projects, client deliveries, or commercial SaaS platforms, you must purchase the Agency License. Misuse of the Individual License may lead to permanent access revocation.
