DevBase sells digital products including Android application source code, Laravel backend systems, APIs, admin panels, documentation, and related digital assets. All products are delivered electronically and are non-tangible in nature.

2. No Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once access to the source code, files, or digital content is provided, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned once delivered and access cannot be revoked reliably.

3. Please Review Before Purchase

We strongly encourage customers to review all available information before making a purchase, including:

  • Live demo access (Android app / admin panel)
  • Feature descriptions and documentation
  • License type (Individual or Agency)
  • Usage limitations and requirements

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the product details.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a verified technical error
  • Payment debited but product access not delivered

In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof of payment.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of access and termination of license.

We reserve the right to submit transaction logs, IP records, and delivery confirmation to payment gateways or banks to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
